These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Road Runners Auto Detailing website at www.roadrunnersauto.in and our WhatsApp booking service. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.
Road Runners Auto Detailing operates a vehicle detailing service from Paruthippattu, Avadi, Thiruverkadu, Chennai 600071. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Road Runners Auto Detailing.
- Bookings made through our website or WhatsApp are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message with a booking ID.
- You may book a maximum of two slots per phone number per day. For larger bookings, please contact us directly.
- Time slots are subject to availability and may be reassigned in case of unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you immediately if your slot must change.
- Please arrive within the booked time slot. If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, we may need to reschedule.
- All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices vary by vehicle type. The price shown at the time of booking is the price you pay for the booked service.
- Payment is due upon completion of service and may be made by cash, UPI, or other methods we accept.
- We reserve the right to change pricing for future bookings, but any change will not affect bookings already confirmed.
- You may cancel a booking through WhatsApp or our website at no cost up to 1 hour before the scheduled time.
- Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee at our discretion.
- We may need to cancel or reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will reschedule with you at the earliest mutually convenient time.
We aim to deliver detailing services to a high professional standard. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please raise the concern with us within 24 hours so we can address it. We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle and determine an appropriate remedy.
- You are responsible for removing all personal valuables from the vehicle before service. We are not liable for loss of personal items left in the vehicle.
- Pre-existing damage, paint defects, dents, scratches, or interior wear-and-tear are not our responsibility. We will note any visible issues before starting service.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is in a condition that poses a safety or hygiene risk to our staff.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Road Runners Auto Detailing's total liability for any claim arising from our service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
By providing your WhatsApp number when booking, you consent to receive booking-related messages including confirmations, reminders, and service updates. We do not send marketing messages without separate opt-in. You may stop service messages by replying "STOP".
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
