Road Runners Auto Detailing ("we", "us", "our") operates the website www.roadrunnersauto.in and a WhatsApp booking service for car detailing appointments. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We also temporarily generate a one-time verification code (OTP) sent to your WhatsApp to confirm your booking. The OTP expires within minutes and is deleted from our database immediately after verification.

Your booking data is stored on Supabase, a secure PostgreSQL database provider, with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorised Road Runners personnel only.
Messages exchanged on WhatsApp are processed via the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform and are subject to Meta's own WhatsApp Business Policy and Privacy Policy.
We retain your booking information for up to 24 months for service history and customer support. After that, records are anonymised or deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see below).
